ACCESS Harris County

Due to ongoing litigation filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Harris County will be bringing the Uplift Harris and Community Prosperity program to a close. As a result, no payments will be issued, including the originally planned first payment. We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this causes.

Harris County remains committed to supporting residents and will continue working to develop initiatives that promote economic stability and well-being. The Uplift Harris Pilot application is now closed. All applicants will be notified of their application status by March 22nd.
